Patrons can purchase tickets on-line, over the telephone or in-person at the Box Office. On-line sales are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tickets may also be purchased one hour prior to all events at the box office. The Box Office is open for telephone and in-person sales Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The Box Office is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays.
Riviera Theatre Ticketing Service is located at 67 Webster Street, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. The building is accessible from Webster Street Only.
Most days during the week, the Box Office operates out of the upstairs offices located on the mezzanine level. For handicapped patrons or those who can not make it up the stairs, ring the doorbell at the bottom of the stairs and someone will come down to assist you in the Kiosk.

The Box Office, Business Office and Theatre are closed for holidays.
The Box Office and Will Call are open 1 hour prior to any performance which includes evenings and weekend shows. The Box Office and Will Call are open 30 minutes prior to movie events.

Cash (US), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or a local check with proper identification. Checks are made payable to the Riviera Theatre.

No Refunds or Exchanges
The Riviera Theatre has a “No Refunds/No Exchange” Policy on all sales. Sales are final.
Riviera Theatre Box Office sells Gift Cards, in any denomination via our website (print at home), or during regular operating hours.
Gift Cards are valid at the Riviera Theatre Box Office for Shows and Events whose ticketing is handled by the Riviera Theatre. Please note that select events use their own tickets and Gift Cards may not be accepted on those events. Gift Cards are valid for 60 months after purchase.

All ticket sales may be subject to Facilities and Handling Fees at the time of purchase.
All performances, dates and times are subject to change.
Sale of tickets on the premises other than by authorized Box Office Staff is strictly prohibited. In the interest of all patrons as well as the performers on stage, latecomers and any persons leaving the auditorium will not be seated until a suitable break in the program.
Riviera Theatre & Performing Arts Ctr (“Member”) outsources their box office services to Vendini, the provider of the ticketing/donation service. Vendini values the privacy of our members and customers. Vendini does not sell any personal information to other companies.
Vendini provides Members statistics in aggregate so Member can track the effectiveness of their online transactions. Vendini will provide Members with enough information to provide you with services and promotional purposes if applicable.
In keeping to the highest web standards, Vendini has provided additional information on what we track.
Vendini’s application servers store your IP address in standard server logs. We use your IP address to diagnose problems, and optimize (and maintain) our servers. Vendini may use this information in aggregate to provide statistics to our Members.
We use browser cookies to keep track of your individual session state; how many tickets, donation amount, event details, etc. This also allows us to differentiate you from another patron.
Vendini does not belong to any group that tracks users across web sites.
Contact and Personal Information
Vendini reserves the right to share a Member’s and patron’s contact and personal information with individuals and/or entities for legitimate purposes such as copyright infringement claims brought against a member for the images found in it. We would use this information only as necessary.
If Vendini does use mailing lists for advertising or promotional purposes, we will always have a clear mechanism for you to remove yourself from future mailings.
Vendini may require information for shipping and billing. Vendini may only use this information for promotional purposes if you explicitly grant us permission. Without explicit permission, Vendini will not use any addresses gathered through our service except for order processing. Addresses are never shared with parties other than our members.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.
